Returns & Refunds

We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. If you have unfortunately received a damage product, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving the order and we will fully refund the item on its return to us. Shipping is non refundable in this matter. Please provide a photo with the fault and email concerns to sales@soulcarvedhandmade.com

Please remember, all of our goods are handmade. Some goods may have slight imperfections that cannot be helped during the creation process. All items should be handled with care to ensure the extended life of the products.
